Exciting Opportunity: Mid-Level Corporate Associate – London
A leading global law firm is expanding its London Corporate team and is seeking a talented mid-level associate (3-5 PQE) with experience in cross-border M&A and/or private equity transactions, particularly in the technology and life sciences sectors.
What you’ll do:
- Work on domestic and cross-border M&A, growth capital, and private equity deals
- Handle transactional workstreams such as due diligence, ancillary documentation, and disclosure with minimal supervision
- Take on lead associate responsibilities on appropriate transactions
- Collaborate on transactions with a strong transatlantic element
Who we’re looking for:
- UK-qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials
- Experience in mid-level associate roles on corporate transactions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication, technical, and project management skills
- Motivated to contribute to business development and client relationships
