Mid-Senior Real Estate Finance Lawyer – London

A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-senior lawyer to join its Real Estate Finance & Structured Debt team in London. Ranked Tier 1 by Chambers and Legal 500, the team advises on complex real estate finance transactions across the UK and Europe, including:

  • Investment finance and top-tier sponsor deals

  • Development finance and senior/mezzanine loans

  • Loan-on-loan, repo financing, CMBS, and CRE CLOs

  • Restructurings, work-outs, and NPL portfolio transactions

  • Cross-border and multi-disciplinary deals

What you’ll do:

  • Draft and negotiate key transaction documents

  • Structure deals and provide commercial, market-informed advice

  • Lead transaction management and coordinate multi-jurisdictional teams

  • Develop client relationships and contribute to business development

What we’re looking for:

  • UK-qualified lawyer with mid-senior level RE finance experience

  • Strong track record in document drafting, commercial awareness, and transaction management

  • Comfortable working across cross-border and interdisciplinary teams

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager for professional growth
