A top-tier US law firm is seeking an England & Wales qualified Restructuring & Bankruptcy Associate (1–3 PQE) to join its high-performing London team.

Join a globally recognised restructuring practice working on some of the market’s most complex cross-border special situations, distressed financings and high-profile insolvency mandates.

What you’ll do:

  • Advise on restructuring, distressed financings and insolvency processes

  • Work on multi-jurisdictional matters with leading practitioners

  • Draft and negotiate complex financial and restructuring documentation

  • Play a key role in strategy, execution and client engagement

  • Collaborate across international offices and practice groups

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 PQE (England & Wales qualified)

  • Strong restructuring & insolvency experience

  • Exposure to special situations and financing instruments (bank loans, high-yield, intercreditor)

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills

  • Proactive, commercially minded and team-oriented
