Structured Finance – Senior Associate (6 PQE+)
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside one of the most accomplished partner in structured and asset-backed finance. You will advise fund sponsors, arrangers, originators, investment managers, and investors on all aspects of securitisation, structured finance, asset-backed lending, fund financing, structured products, and derivatives. Additionally, you will provide guidance to counterparties on general capital markets issuances, leveraged finance transactions, and portfolio transactions, including both performing and distressed/non-performing assets.
Working to develop the team alongside the partner will give you exposure to complex, high-impact transactions and the opportunity to develop technical expertise alongside market insight.
