Capital Markets Associate – Expert in US Securities Law

This is an exciting opportunity for an Equity Capital Markets lawyer (overseas applicants welcome) to join this elite firm’s ECM practice.

In order to be considered, you will:

• Be a Capital markets lawyer (4th / 5th year associate) with demonstrable capital markets experience from a leading capital markets practice.
• Have detailed understanding of US securities laws and regulations and experience working with foreign private issuers.
• Knowledge of the EU prospectus regulation and experience advising on European listings a plus.
• Be a strategic thinker with experience in running transactions and ability to work independently.
• Possess strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills.
• Have strong intellectual ability, interpersonal and technical skills.
• Show an ability to adapt and provide a flexible approach as required.
• Have a keen interest in business development, building and maintaining client relationships.

In this role, you will work within an elite practice with a highly respected partner at the helm. The firm acts for clients, ranging from entrepreneurs to emerging companies to Fortune 50 corporations, with whom they partner on transformative deals, complex IP and regulatory matters and high-stakes litigation where innovation meets the law.
