Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Are you looking to work for a top 100 UK law firm with an excellent culture and support system and a grown-up approach to flexible working? 

Our client is seeking a junior lawyer (0-2 PQE) or Legal Executive to join their established team. You will be working closely with a senior lawyer on a wide range of commercial disputes. This is very much a generalist commercial litigation role so the work includes acting for a good range of clients including some household names and in relation to contractual disputes, professional negligence, banking and financial litigation and insolvency litigation. You will have the chance to work across a variety of disputes but there is the opportunity to specialise as you get more senior. 

You should have ideally trained at a regional r national firm and have gained a good grounding in commercial disputes work. It isn’t essential that you have covered all the areas mentioned above but should ideally have some experience in some of these areas. 

This is a role that offers excellent career progression opportunities as there is good head room to progress and this position may appeal if you are someone who is keen to play an active part in business development and to take on early responsibility.
