Corporate (Clean Energy) Senior Associate, London 5+ PQE

This national top 50 law firm is a leader in the clean energy sector. Their expertise spans multiple practice areas and they are often involved in cutting-edge projects. You will be joining an established corporate energy practice with a market leading reputation across the whole of the UK.

You will be working on transactions within the renewable energy space. This work will include a range of technologies (wind, solar, battery, hydro amongst others). Transactions will be a broad range including M & A, disposals, JVs, and Co-op / Profit Share agreements. Some of this work will be innovative so the role would definitely suit an ambitious corporate lawyer who is keen to use their initiative and work closely with other departments within the firm.

You should have at least 5 years’ experience of corporate work (ideally national / international mid-market) and some experience within the clean energy sector.
