Great opportunity for a junior real estate development lawyer to join this highly regarded team.
You will be working with local, regional and national clients on mainly residential development and affordable housing work. The team do both residential and commercial development work so there may be the opportunity to assist on a wide range of work. There is lots of opportunity to work closely with other teams including planning, energy and banking.
You should have at least 6 months experience of residential development work (which could be part of a more generalist real estate role). The team are very open minded about level and will consider anyone up to 5 PQE.
