This is a really interesting opportunity for someone already working in knowledge administration who feels they need a new challenge. It would also suit someone who has some legal background, experience or training and is looking for an entry point into a knowledge management, HR or L & D role. This is a role that might also be an option for someone looking for a more flexible hours although you will be required to be in the office for roughly 50% of your working week.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting Knowledge Management Lawyers with organising, updating and maintaining a precedent back, helping to develop training and assisting with knowledge management projects.
  • Working closely with the HR team to support new joiners and co-ordinate induction programmes

What you need:

  • Legal qualifications
  • Some experience of working in a UK law firm
  • An interest in knowledge management or Learning & Development (previous experience in knowledge management or L & D would be an advantage but isn’t essential)
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office and experience of using a document management system
