South West

Our client is a top 100 commercial law firm with an excellent reputation. They are currently seeking a 1+ PQE property litigation lawyer to join one of their specialist teams.

You will be dealing with the usual mix of landlord and tenant issues and third party rights but your caseload might also include some more investigatory matters as well as some more complex property litigation claims. Some of the work is fairly straightforward but there are often matters which might require you to be more innovative / proactive. You will need some experience in property litigation during your training contract or post qualification (which can be part of a wider civil litigation caseload). Experience of contentious probate might also be helpful. You will need good communication and IT skills.

In return there is an excellent salary and benefits package for this role.
