In House Counsel – Conflicts

I am working with a top 20 firm to find a Conflicts Lawyer to join their rapidly growing In House Counsel team.
In this role, you will be working within the firm’s dynamic Risk and Compliance group and liaising with partners to:
•Advise on conflicts of interest and confidentiality issues
•Advise on clients own engagement terms
•Assist in preparing and/or updating policies and procedures;
•Assist with and delivering training and raising awareness of risk;
•Provide guidance to the Partnership HR team in relation to regulatory related queries; and
•Generally support the Risk & Compliance team as requested
A legal qualification is preferred, but you do not need to be UK qualified. However, experience in managing conflicts of interest is critical.
