Our client already has a large and very successful corporate practice but is looking to grow the team particularly in the South East.

The team act for a diverse client base from entrepreneurs and SMEs through to FTSE 100 companies. The firm act for a number of sectors including energy, retail and hospitality and financial services but there are also partners in this office who have some really interesting expertise in more niche sectors. The work is a mix of M & A, MBI/MBOs, ECM, Joint Ventures, company reorganisations and private equity.

You will be joining an established team with a number of partners based in this office so there is huge potential to develop and progress your career with plenty of support. The team work across offices so you will also get to know (and work with) other fee earners, trainees and support staff.

The firm have a very supportive culture and very open to discussing agile / flexible working.
