Assistant General Counsel -Employment law with a leading, international firm.
In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders on a wide range of employment matters — from hiring and performance management, to whistleblowing, investigations, terminations, and compliance. You’ll shape policy, oversee disputes, and provide strategic legal guidance that supports a collaborative, high-performing workplace. In addition, you will mentor and develop more junior members of your team in London and you will work closely with the peer team in the US.
This role requires deep expertise in UK employment law, and familiarity with European and Asian jurisdictions and experience within an Office of General Counsel within a firm or in house organisation.
