Senior HR Manager – Brussels/Luxembourg Office – Fantastic Salary and Benefits

I am working with a leading international law firm that is expanding its European platform and is now seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead its people agenda across Brussels and Luxembourg.

This is a high-profile role where you’ll act as the senior HR lead on the ground, partnering closely with partners and leadership while working alongside a London-based Head of HR. You’ll combine hands-on HR delivery with a genuine opportunity to shape strategy in a growing international environment.

Key focus areas include:
-Acting as trusted HR advisor to partners and senior stakeholders
-Leading HR policy and people initiatives in line with Belgian and Luxembourg law
-Managing the full employee lifecycle, performance management and employee relations
-Supporting recruitment, engagement, learning and development initiatives
-Driving alignment with a broader One Firm culture across jurisdictions

The ideal candidate will have:
-7+ years’ HR experience, ideally in professional services or a multinational environment
-Strong knowledge of Belgian and Luxembourg employment law
-Confident partnering with senior leadership in a fast-paced setting
-Commercial, discreet and highly collaborative
