Are you an experienced contentious construction lawyer seeking a new challenge within a high‑performing, collaborative environment? This is an excellent opportunity to join a top‑ranked national practice renowned for its work on complex, high‑value construction and engineering disputes.
You will work closely with a market‑leading team advising clients across energy, utilities, transport, real estate, and major infrastructure. The role offers hands‑on involvement from day one, with exposure to a broad range of dispute resolution methods including adjudication, arbitration (domestic and international), TCC litigation, mediation, expert determination, and strategic troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
As a mid‑level lawyer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while supporting the continued growth of a thriving contentious construction practice. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
About You:
- 3+ PQE with strong experience in contentious construction matters
- Confident handling complex, high‑value disputes across multiple forums
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to manage a varied workload with professionalism and autonomy
- UK‑qualified solicitor (or equivalent)
