An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded national Employment team within a leading commercial law firm.
You will work closely with sector-leading partners, advising primarily employer clients in both the private and public sectors. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including employee relations issues, tribunal litigation, TUPE, restructures, and policy development.
You will manage your own caseload while collaborating across a supportive, multi-office team known for its technical excellence and approachable culture. This is a chance to develop your expertise on complex, high-profile matters while contributing to business development and client growth.
About you:
- 2–4 PQE with strong employment law experience
- Confident handling tribunal matters and advisory work
- Commercially minded with excellent client skills
