Associate Director / Senior Associate – Financial Services Regulatory

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Services Regulatory lawyer to join a highly regarded and growing team advising a broad range of financial services clients.

The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise across a range of UK financial services regulatory matters and will be confident advising and supervising the younger members of the team.

Experience advising alternative investment fund managers on UK AIFMD and fund marketing matters would be highly advantageous.

Candidates should also be able to demonstrate experience in drafting and negotiating client agreements and terms of business, managing matters independently, and supervising or mentoring junior lawyers.

This role would suit an established Associate Director or an ambitious Senior Associate ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive environment offering genuine progression opportunities.
