About the Role

You’ll handle a broad range of contentious property matters, including:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Boundary issues, easements and rights of way
• Possession claims and forfeiture
• Dilapidations and breach of covenant
• Advising on property‑related professional negligence
• Supporting colleagues on wider litigation matters where property expertise is required

You’ll manage your own caseload, work closely with colleagues across the wider dispute resolution team, and contribute to the continued development of the department.
