We’re recruiting for an experienced Corporate M&A Associate -Senior Associate to join one of the largest teams of its kind outside London. You will be working on complex public/private M&A, PE and equity capital markets deals for a client list spanning multi-nationals, government bodies and high-net-worth investors.

What you’ll need
- Solid Corporate M&A/PE transactional experience
- SRA or Law Society of Scotland qualified
