The team

You’ll work alongside specialists on complex, impactful matters with national and international reach. The practice is growing on the back of genuine sector expertise and a partner and director-led approach to client service. Your work will include:

  • Digital transformation projects
  • Outsourcing and procurement
  • Software and technology licensing
  • Technology and digital advisory
  • Cyber and data security
  • Data protection and ePrivacy
  • Innovation and artificial intelligence
  • Commercial collaborations

Clients range from major US, UK, European and Indian-headquartered technology vendors and scaling AI and digital-native businesses, to corporates and institutions across financial services, energy, transport, utilities, real estate, defence, public sector, retail and health.

What you’ll bring

  • Qualified lawyer status, with experience suited to Associate or Senior Associate level
  • Relevant experience advising on technology, commercial, outsourcing, procurement, digital transformation, software licensing, data protection or cyber matters
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and project teams
  • The ability to manage a varied, complex workload, balancing technical quality with pragmatic commercial advice
  • A curious, proactive mindset and an interest in developing expertise in AI, innovation and digital advisory work
  • A willingness to support and develop others and share knowledge across teams
