Our client, a leading national law firm, is expanding its Employment team following significant client wins and growing demand. They’re looking for Solicitors, Associates and Senior Associates in Bristol and Edinburgh.
The role
You’ll advise major UK organisations on complex employment issues, including:
- Respondent-side Employment Tribunal litigation
- Workplace investigations
- Strategic workforce change and reorganisations
- Wider employment advisory work
What you’ll bring
- Relevant employment law experience
- Employment Tribunal experience, ideally for respondents (claimant experience considered)
- Strong judgement, commercial awareness and client confidence
- Registration as a Solicitor with the SRA or Law Society of Scotland
Business immigration or workplace investigations experience would be a bonus, but you don’t need experience across every area. The firm is focused on your potential and the complexity of your work rather than a fixed PQE range.
