This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior agricultural lawyer to join an established firm with a strong reputation and commitment to this sector.
Perhaps you’re already a partner, but for whatever reason you don’t see your current firm as a long-term home for yourself or your clients or maybe you’re looking for that opportunity to step into a partnership role.
You will need to have at least 8+ PQE as an agricultural property lawyer. You are likely to have a portable following of clients or at the very least have developed good contacts which you can tap into. You will be responsible for fee earning but are likely to be actively involved in marketing and business development as well as supporting more junior lawyers in the team.
The firm are very supportive of flexible and hybrid working if you’re looking for a role that fits with outside commitments or interests.
