The Opportunity
Due to continued client demand and sustained growth, the team is looking to appoint an Agricultural Property Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level.
You’ll become part of one of the largest specialist Agricultural Property teams in the country, working alongside market-leading lawyers on a diverse range of rural property, strategic land and development matters.
Typical work includes:
- Agricultural and rural property transactions
- Estate acquisitions and disposals
- Strategic land and development projects
- Promotion and option agreements
- Farm and estate refinancing
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Advising landed estates, Oxford colleges, farmers and institutional clients
You’ll work on nationally significant projects while enjoying direct client contact and early responsibility within a collaborative and supportive team.
About You
We’re keen to hear from Solicitors with experience in:
- Agricultural Property
- Rural Property
- Commercial Property with an interest in rural work
- Real Estate with agricultural or development exposure
You will ideally:
- Have between 2 and 8 years’ PQE (applications outside this range will also be considered)
- Be technically strong and commercially minded
- Enjoy building lasting client relationships
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be keen to contribute to business development and team growth
Previous agricultural property experience is advantageous, but lawyers with strong commercial property backgrounds and a genuine interest in developing a specialist rural practice are also encouraged to apply.
