An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join the Banking and Leveraged Finance team at a prestigious global law firm in London. In this role, you will work closely with leading financial sponsors and corporate clients on high-profile, cross-border financing transactions — including some of the most complex and innovative deals currently shaping the market.
This position offers exposure to top-tier work, genuine career progression, and the chance to collaborate with highly regarded lawyers in a supportive, international environment. The firm is looking for candidates with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in the London market, or equivalent experience from another common law jurisdiction.
