Banking / Leverage Finance Associate – Mid-Level

This global firm’s London office is actively seeking an associate to join the Banking / Leverage Finance group. In this role, the candidate will provide counsel to financial sponsor and corporate clients on intricate cross-border financing transactions, including some of the largest and most innovative deals. The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the London market or demonstrate experience in a comparable common law jurisdiction.

Overseas qualified lawyers are also welcome to apply, a competitive relocation, sponsorship and remuneration package would be on offer.
