A leading regional firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (4+ PQE) to support a Partner on complex, high‑value birth injury claims. You’ll manage your own demanding caseload, provide clear guidance on risk and outcomes, and help strengthen long‑term client relationships. You will also be assisting a partner with high value / complex birth injury claims
The role involves contributing to team risk management, supervising junior lawyers, and actively developing your professional network. Experience assisting Partners on more complex matters and handling serious birth injury litigation is essential.
