The Role

The successful candidate will undertake a varied caseload covering a broad spectrum of commercial property work, including:

• Property development
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Asset management
• Property and estate management
• Commercial property support for clients within the education and charity sectors

The role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients on complex and strategically important matters while developing strong professional relationships and taking increasing responsibility for transactions.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with experience gained within a recognised commercial property practice.

You are likely to be able to demonstrate:

• Strong technical commercial property expertise
• Experience acting for a range of clients, including businesses, investors and institutional organisations
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• The confidence to manage matters independently while contributing positively to a wider team
• A genuine enthusiasm for developing a long-term career in real estate

Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues would be advantageous but is not essential.
