Role Overview:
The firm are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial (Technology) Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to work closely with a close knit team. In this role, you will work on a diverse range of commercial contracts including outsourcing, technology / IT and data protection work across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service agreements, agency agreements, JV amongst others.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on Technology, AI and data protection related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial contracts/technology, IT and/or data protection.
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial practices.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
