I have a unique opportunity for an experienced Commercial Knowledge Lawyer or a senior commercial lawyer looking to move out of fee earning into a strategic, future-facing role.
You’ll play a central role in shaping knowledge, innovation and legal technology across a leading Commercial, Technology Outsourcing and Data & Cyber practice. The role combines high-quality knowledge leadership with driving AI-enabled innovation, client-facing legal tech products and smarter service delivery.
What you’ll do:
-Lead knowledge strategy, precedents and training across commercial, tech, outsourcing, data and cyber.
-Drive AI and legal tech initiatives that improve delivery and unlock new revenue streams.
-Partner closely with senior lawyers and business services teams to modernise how legal services are delivered.
About you:
– Commercial Knowledge Lawyer or senior commercial lawyer ready for a transition (previous PSL experience is advantageous, but not essential)
-Strong commercial contracts background with a significant interest in Tech and AI
– Curious, innovative and commercially minded.
