I am working with a top 20 firm to find them a Compliance Team Leader to join their Business Acceptance Team. The firm offer a highly supportive, friendly and collaborative work environment with an attractive salary and benefits package.

To be successful in this role, you must have AML experience and any conflicts experience will be seen as a bonus. You will also need to have experience in supervising a team, have strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proven track record of developing a team. You will need to be able to give constructive comments during appraisals.

This role offers an attractive salary of circa £70K, plus a great benefits package.
