Construction Knowledge Management Lawyer – 4 Days – London

I am working with a prestigious firm to find a talented Knowledge Management (KM) Lawyer to join their Construction team in London. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping and delivering the knowledge strategy for a premier group, supporting both non-contentious and contentious construction work.
The Role
– Lead the development and curation of know-how, precedents, and internal guidance for the construction group.
– Monitor legal, regulatory and market developments, distilling key insights for partners, associates and clients.
– Work closely with fee-earners to ensure best practice and consistency across both transactional and disputes matters.
– Support client initiatives, including training, updates, and thought leadership.
– Balance a predominantly non-contentious focus with exposure to some contentious matters.
About You:
– A 5+ PQE lawyer with strong construction law expertise (non-contentious focus preferred, but exposure to disputes is valuable).
– Experience in a knowledge management/PSL function is advantageous, but not essential.
– Excellent mentoring, research, and communication skills are a must.
– Collaborative, proactive and commercially aware.
