Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious mid-level corporate lawyer looking to work in Jersey. You will be joining an award-winning team and working on high profile and complex transactional work often with an international focus.
Our client is particularly interested in speaking to corporate lawyers with at least 3+ PQE from a leading City or Regional firm. You will need excellent academics and solid corporate M & A and / or ECM / PE experience as well as strong communication skills.
