This is a superb opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer with at least 3 PQE to play a key role in this highly successful practice. This really is a role where you can have the best of both worlds; access to fantastic countryside and beaches but without having to compromise on quality of work.
You will be playing a key role within the team and should be starting to take responsibility for leading on matters and supporting more junior members of the team. The work is wide ranging but typically focusses on working closely with Private Equity and large corporate clients. You will be involved in supporting clients with private equity portfolios and working closely with GCs to support their growth plans including via group reorganisations, multi-jurisdictional M & As and JVs. Clients are often household names and you will be dealing with GCs, C-Suite and Group Development Teams as a point of contact.
