Mid to Senior M&A Associate Wanted – Prestigious, Global Firm

Ready to send your career into warp speed? I am working with one of the world’s most prestigious law firms to find a mid to senior level M&A associate to join this dynamic team.

This role will allow you to work on headline-making M&A deals with elite clients
on some of the most complex cross-border transactions. You will gain hands-on deal experience from day one – drafting, negotiating, advising at the highest level and you will learn directly from from some of the best partners in the market

The ideal candidate will have:
– 5-8 PQE M&A experience from a US or Magic Circle firm (candidates outside of that banding will be considered, but this will remain an Associate level role)
– A love for complex, fast-moving deals
– Forensic attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset

This is a chance to supercharge your career at a firm known for excellence, high-calibre work, and a global client base.
