We’re seeking an exceptional associate (2–6 years’ PQE) with strong corporate experience to work on high-value, cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. You’ll collaborate with market-leading partners and be part of a supportive, high-performance culture that fosters professional growth and career development.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ post-qualified experience at a top-tier UK/US firm, or a leading Australian/New Zealand practice
- Strong academic background
- Proven experience in corporate M&A and/or private equity transactions
