It’s top tier team is on growth mode and is keen to add an experienced senior associate to the team.

• Advises on public and private M&A, joint ventures, private equity and equity capital markets
• Acts for clients across Defence, Energy, Healthcare and Technology
• Does broad range of national and international work, alongside leading overseas firms in a preferred firm network
• Is top-ranked in the mid-market, with highly regarded Partners and Directors

What you’ll bring

• Broad experience of public and/or private M&A, investments, JVs and/or PE transactions
• At least 5 pqe+ with solid corporate experience
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to take ownership and lead on matters
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly
• Experience building relationships with clients and the wider corporate finance community
• An interest in managing and developing junior lawyers
• Ambitious and keen to further develop your career.
