Are you an experienced corporate lawyer with some exposure to private equity work? Our client is looking to grow it’s corporate offering particularly in the South East and is regarded as a regional heavyweight in terms of private equity expertise.
The team act for UK private equity houses and their portfolio companies. Although there will be a focus on private equity work in this role (and you could do 100% private equity work if you liked), there is also the opportunity to undertake a broader range of corporate work if this appeals.
You will be joining an established team but will be the most senior lawyer in this particular office so there is huge potential to further grow and develop, not just your own skills but also potentially a team underneath you. The team work across offices so you will not be working on your own and will have both more senior support from partners as well as more junior support from other fee earners, trainees and support staff.
