Great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax * Incentives Knowledge Lawyer to step into a high-profile Knowledge role with a market-leading Corporate Tax & Incentives practice.
Working closely with the Knowledge Partner, Head of Group and Tax Counsel, you will lead on developing precedents, training and know-how across a growing, strategically important practice spanning corporate transactions, private capital, investment funds and incentives work. There is genuine scope to shape the group’s knowledge and training infrastructure from the ground up, alongside involvement in the firm’s wider innovation and AI initiatives.
This would suit a qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in corporate tax, ideally with some private capital or funds exposure, who is looking to move away from billable hours into a role with real influence and variety. Previous PSL/KM experience is a bonus but not essential.
