Derivatives Associate: 2–4 years post-qualified

We are seeking a Derivatives Associate to join a leading practice advising hedge funds, private credit funds, and private equity sponsors on derivatives and trading documentation. The work spans hedging-specific projects, general trading, repos (including GMRA/MRA and bespoke structures), credit-linked notes, and large-scale risk transfer transactions. The role also involves advising on regulatory matters, including EMIR and SFTR.

This position provides the opportunity to gain significant exposure to both transactional and regulatory derivatives work, collaborating closely with senior leaders in the derivatives practice.
