This growing dispute resolution team are currently looking for a senior level public inquiries, investigations and inquests lawyer to work closely with a highly regarded new partner hire. You will be part of the wider dispute resolution team but the role will focus exclusively on public inquiries, investigations and inquests. Most of the work will be in relation to inquiries. The work will be high quality and complex and often of national and / or international importance.
The team operate across a wide range of sectors and represent a range of clients. You will be supporting the lead partner on statutory and non-statutory inquiries, investigations and inquests, leading on some smaller inquiries and complex projects and supervising more junior lawyers with document reviews and evidence gathering tasks.
You will need a strong background in litigation as well as previous experience in public inquiries, investigations or inquest work. You can be based either in the London or in the Bristol office (with hybrid working).
