This is a great senior level role for an employment lawyer looking to really progress their career in a genuinely supportive team and firm.
Our client is seeking an experienced employment lawyer ideally with around 6 PQE+ to join their established employment team. The firm are flexible about location and there are a number of different options across the UK. You will be dealing with a range of employment work including contentious and non-contentious work for both private and public sector clients. There will likely be a focus on complex strategic advice for clients as well as leading on employment tribunal claims. This role would particularly suit someone who is looking to take on client relationship responsibilities for managing large client accounts as well as supervising more junior lawyers in the team.
There are excellent career prospects with this role and opportunities for partnership (if that’s what you’re looking for) in the short term.
