Are you a mid-level employment lawyer looking to work in Birmingham? Our client is a national law firm who are looking to expand their team.
You will be working closely with a partner who is based in this office but also with partners and other lawyers in the wider employment team. The Birmingham team is small and there is fantastic headroom for future progression. The work is mainly national but there is some international work. Clients include a range of different sized companies and senior execs. You will be dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment work and also some corporate support. If you have previous sector experience in retail/leisure or public sector this may be an advantage but is not essential.
The firm are very open to flexible working and hybrid working.
