Employment Solicitor (2-5 PQE), Bristol (ref:888)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing employment team in Bristol.

Working with a broad range of organisations across the healthcare, education, and charity sectors, you will advise on complex and high-profile employment matters. You will advise clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including workplace investigations, equality and employment claims, senior leadership departures, organisational change programmes, workforce restructuring, tribunal proceedings and corporate support.

We are looking for a qualified employment lawyer with 2-5 years’ PQE who combines strong technical expertise with excellent client relationship skills. You will enjoy working closely with clients, contributing to strategic advice, and managing a varied caseload within a collaborative and supportive team.
