An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Private Family team within a successful and ambitious Devon law firm.

The Opportunity

You’ll manage a varied caseload of private family matters with a particular emphasis on financial remedy work, while continuing to develop your practice within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Your work will include:

• Divorce and separation
• Matrimonial finance, including complex and high-value cases
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements
• Building long-term relationships with clients and professional referrers

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.

About You

We’re keen to hear from qualified Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with experience in Private Family Law who are looking to take the next step in their career.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Strong experience across a broad range of Private Family matters.
• Particular expertise, or an interest in developing further expertise, in matrimonial finance.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• A proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach.
• A genuine enthusiasm for business development and building lasting client relationships.
