An opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a market-leading Incentives team based in London. As part of a collaborative and supportive group, the successful candidate will advise leading UK and international private and publicly listed companies on all aspects of employee incentives—from executive-level arrangements to company-wide share schemes.
Candidates should have practical experience in share plan advisory work, ideally including both transactional and general advisory exposure across a variety of share plans. Experience with HMRC-approved schemes and unapproved arrangements (such as growth shares) is particularly valued.
The role requires a team-oriented, enthusiastic, and proactive self-starter. While direct experience in incentives is preferred, individuals with relevant exposure from corporate, tax, or employment law backgrounds will also be considered.
