An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate / M&A lawyer to join a Corporate Knowledge team supporting a leading Corporate practice in London.
This role has a strong corporate governance focus, working closely with partners and fee earners on listed company advisory work, regulatory compliance and market disclosure. You’ll help develop cutting-edge know-how, guidance and training, ensuring the team stays ahead of evolving governance and regulatory developments.
Ideal for a lawyer with PSL/Knowledge experience or someone looking to move into a knowledge role, with a strong interest in corporate governance and listed company matters. Previous experience of AI/Legal Tech is highly advantageous.
