Junior Litigation & Insolvency Lawyer
Salary
Location
An international offshore law firm is seeking a Junior Litigation & Insolvency Lawyer (1–3 PQE) to join its London-based team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior lawyer with BVI, Cayman Islands, or Bermuda experience to transition or return to London while maintaining involvement in high-profile, cross-border disputes and restructuring matters. The successful candidate will work closely with a globally integrated team handling some of the most complex commercial litigation and insolvency cases in the offshore legal market.
The firm’s litigation and insolvency practice is recognised internationally for its work in contentious restructuring, fraud and asset tracing, shareholder disputes, and regulatory matters. With offices spanning the BVI, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore, the team collaborates across jurisdictions to deliver strategic and practical solutions to an international client base that includes financial institutions, insolvency office holders, hedge funds, private equity sponsors, multinational corporations, and top-tier onshore law firms.
Applicants must be qualified in a common law jurisdiction (preferably England & Wales) and have 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and/or insolvency. Prior experience working in or advising on matters involving the BVI, Bermuda, or Cayman Islands is essential. Strong academics, top-tier training, and a commercial, detail-oriented mindset are also required. This is a rare opportunity to leverage offshore expertise while developing your career in one of the world’s leading dispute resolution teams.
