Legal Counsel (Technology Sector)

This non-profit technology company is focussed on providing innovative tech solutions to their worldwide client base and are now looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team. This is a fully remote role with occasional international travel.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for assisting with international strategy and growth and enabling the company to achieve its longer-term goals and ambitions. The role will focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of legal agreements relating to software, licensing, SaaS and other cloud-based services. The work is often cutting edge and can be complex and cerebral.

You will need to be an England & Wales qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE and ideally have both private practice and in-house experience. Experience in commercial contracts, complex data privacy and the technology sector is essential, and you should be familiar with cybersecurity and intellectual property matters. You will need excellent organisation skills and strong communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

You must reside in the UK. This role is fully remote with occasional international travel.
