Salary: Up to £240,000 plus bonus
This prestigious global firm is seeking a qualified M&A associate with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in England & Wales. The ideal candidate will possess strong M&A experience and be skilled in managing a range of transactions, including joint ventures and private equity deals, often involving complex multijurisdictional issues.
A commercial mindset and comfort in client interactions are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment. This role offers significant autonomy. For those with more experience within this range, there will be opportunities to supervise and mentor junior team members.
