Maternity Cover Opportunity – PSL/KM (PE/M&A) Elite Firm

A market-leading Private Equity/M&A team is seeking a talented Professional Support Lawyer to join their London office on a maternity cover contract.

In this role, you would be working within the firm’s PE/M&A group, you’ll support the KM Partner and team across all aspects of the Knowledge function, including:
-Collating and managing know-how
-Updating model precedents to reflect best-in-class technology
– Monitoring current awareness and sharing key internal updates
-Contributing to the training programme (including trainee sessions and client-facing materials)
– Supporting fee-earners with technical queries

If you are retired and want to keep your hand in, are a contract lawyer, or are a fee earner who wants to gain valuable Knowledge Management experience, this is a great role for you. To be considered, you need:
– A UK qualification with 5+ years’ PQE
– Strong Private Equity/Private M&A background (top City, leading regional or global firm)
-Excellent technical skills and confident communicator
-Current PSL or fee-earner/in-house lawyer looking to transition into KM
– Ideally available 5 days per week
